Overview

CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Modified GRF (1-29), is a synthetic 29-amino-acid analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Four substitutions (D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27) increase resistance to enzymatic cleavage versus native GRF (1-29). It lacks the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) linker, giving a short in-vitro half-life. Supplied as a lyophilized powder for research.
